Short rules for this website and the launch waitlist. Marketplace terms will follow when we launch the marketplace.
This is an English translation for your convenience. The Czech version is the binding one.
What these terms cover
The pullora.eu website and the waitlist for the launch of the Pullora app. That is all the website offers today.
Pullora does not run a marketplace yet, does not broker the purchase or sale of cards and does not accept payments. When we launch that, we will publish separate terms and let you know before they apply.
Who runs the website
The operator of the Pullora project. Contact: support@pullora.eu.
What the waitlist is
By entering your email you ask for two messages: a confirmation right after signing up and an invite when Pullora launches. Signing up commits you to nothing, you pay nothing and it gives you no right to access the app. We send invites gradually, depending on capacity.
You can unsubscribe any time by replying to any of our emails. How we handle your address is described in the privacy policy.
What we expect from you
- Enter your own email address, not someone else's.
- Don't try to overload the form, get around its protection or send automated requests to it.
- Don't try to disrupt the website, access other people's data or bypass security.
If you break these rules, we may delete your signup and restrict access.
Website content
The texts, images, mascot and design of the website belong to the operator of Pullora. You may view them and share links, but not copy them and pass them off as your own.
Card, set and brand names belong to their owners. Pullora is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.
What the website does not promise
The website is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that it is free of errors. We may change it at any time, take it down for maintenance or remove some of its parts.
Previews of the app and descriptions of features show an upcoming product. The final app may differ from them and we do not guarantee a launch date.
Card prices that the app will show are informative estimates from available sources. They are not binding offers or investment advice.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the website being unavailable, by loss of data on your side or for decisions you make based on informative details on the website. This does not affect your rights under the law that cannot be waived in advance.
Governing law
This relationship is governed by Czech law. Disputes are decided by Czech courts.
If you are a consumer, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here and, for significant changes, let you know by email from the waitlist. The date of the last update is at the top.
