Community rules

What is allowed on Pullora, what is not and what we do when the rules are broken.

Updated 19 September 2026

This is an English translation for your convenience. The Czech version is the binding one.

1. Play fair

Communicate politely, give truthful information and don't try to deliberately mislead the other party or Pullora.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • threats, targeted harassment and hateful or illegal content,
  • phishing, impersonating someone else or trying to obtain other people's login details,
  • creating fake accounts to get around restrictions,
  • manipulating reviews or auctions,
  • getting around Pullora's transaction protection, moderation or fees,
  • using Pullora for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

2. Only offer what you may legally sell

The seller must have the right to sell the item offered and must be able to deliver it.

In a listing:

  • use your own photos or content you have the right to use,
  • show the actual item for sale, unless the nature of the listing makes that impossible,
  • state truthfully the condition, language, edition, variant, serial or certification details and grading,
  • describe visible and known hidden defects as accurately as possible,
  • state the price, shipping and other conditions in a way that isn't misleading,
  • don't sell an item you don't own or aren't authorised to sell.

3. Zero tolerance for fakes

It is prohibited to pass off as genuine:

  • counterfeits,
  • proxy cards,
  • unauthorised reprints,
  • altered or resealed products, unless the change is clearly stated in the listing,
  • fake grading labels, certificates or serial numbers.

If you sell an item that is not a genuine card, selling it must be allowed on Pullora at all and the listing must not give the impression that it is genuine.

A reasonable suspicion of a fake may lead to the listing being hidden immediately, the payout being paused within the available payment flow, a request for evidence and restrictions on the account. Serious or deliberate cases may lead to the account being closed and information being passed to the competent authority where the law requires or allows it.

4. Private vs. professional seller

A seller's status must reflect reality. It is not allowed to present yourself as a private seller just to avoid a business's obligations towards consumers or other legal obligations.

A professional seller must keep their identification details up to date and give buyers the information and rights required by law.

Pullora may ask for additional verification or temporarily restrict sales if there are reasonable doubts about the declared status.

5. Product safety and legality

It is prohibited to offer a product whose sale is illegal, which a competent authority has withdrawn from the market or which the seller knows poses a prohibited safety risk.

A professional seller must, on Pullora's request, provide the information needed to identify the product, the manufacturer or the responsible person, and other details required by law.

Based on a credible notice, the Safety Gate database or an order from an authority, Pullora may remove a listing, make it unavailable or show a warning on it.

6. Photos, texts and other people's rights

Don't upload content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademarks, personality rights or other rights of third parties.

The mere fact that you found an image on the internet does not mean you may use it in a listing.

If you are a rights holder and believe that specific content on Pullora infringes your rights, use the Report option or the process on the Support page.

7. Protect privacy

Don't publish in the public part of Pullora:

  • other people's addresses,
  • ID document numbers,
  • phone numbers or emails without a legitimate reason,
  • payment details,
  • private communication of third parties,
  • other personal data that isn't necessary for the listing.

Use delivery details only to complete the specific transaction. Send screenshots of a conversation meant as evidence to support, not publicly to a profile or social media.

8. Payments and communication outside Pullora

If a deal uses Pullora's transaction protection, you must not push the other party to pay outside the supported payment flow in order to avoid the protection, a fee or the platform rules.

If a user voluntarily completes a deal outside Pullora where the rules don't prohibit it, Pullora's protection mechanisms may not apply to that payment or handover.

9. Reviews

Rate how the specific deal went and describe your own experience.

It is prohibited to:

  • buy or sell reviews,
  • make performance conditional on a positive review,
  • leave reviews from accounts controlled by the same person,
  • publish personal data or illegal content in a review.

Pullora may remove a review that demonstrably has nothing to do with the deal, is manipulated, illegal or breaks these rules.

10. Auctions

It is prohibited to bid from your own second account, the account of a related person or under an agreement intended to artificially raise the price or create fake demand.

If there is a reasonable suspicion of manipulation, Pullora may temporarily restrict listings, bids or the account and ask for an explanation.

11. How to report a problem or illegal content

Report a suspicious listing, profile or other content directly with the Report option. The report should include:

  • the specific reason why you consider the content illegal or against the rules,
  • the exact identification of the listing, profile or other content,
  • relevant evidence or context,
  • a contact email, if the form asks for one,
  • a confirmation that you are making the report in good faith and the details are correct to the best of your knowledge.

You can also send a report to support@pullora.eu with the subject "Content report".

Clearly false, vexatious or repeatedly abusive reports may lead to restrictions on the ability to report.

12. How we moderate

Depending on the severity and the circumstances, we may:

  • ask for a listing to be completed or corrected,
  • limit its reach or hide it,
  • remove content,
  • suspend sales or another feature,
  • temporarily restrict the account,
  • ask for verification of identity or details,
  • close the account for serious or repeated violations.

In cases of serious risk, fakes, fraud, a security incident, illegal content or an order from an authority, we don't have to give a warning first.

When deciding we take into account in particular the severity, frequency, intent, previous violations, the impact on others and the available evidence. Moderation must not be arbitrary or discriminatory.

13. Notice of decisions and review

Where the law requires it and there is no reason to withhold the information, we tell the affected user what measure we took, why and what review options they have.

If you disagree with a moderation decision, write to support@pullora.eu with the subject "Moderation appeal", identify the decision and give your reasons why you think it is wrong. We carry out the review with regard to the available evidence and without arbitrariness.

14. Repeated violations

Repeated or systematic violations of the rules may lead to a longer restriction or closure of the account. Getting around a sanction with a new account counts as a further violation.

For professional sellers we also follow the rules that mandatorily apply to the relationship with business users.

15. Relation to the Terms of use

These rules supplement the Terms of use. If they conflict, the interpretation that matches the law and the specific nature of the service applies.
